How We Work
- 1. Assessment
- Your Concierge’s top priority is to alleviate your stress through personalized attention and knowledge. To assess your needs and guide you through the process of selecting senior care, we’ll meet you wherever and whenever it matters most: at the doctor's office, hospital, a skilled nursing facility or an existing residence.
- 2. Evaluate Options
- When choosing among options for in-home care, assisted living communities, adult family homes, nursing homes or retirement communities, your Concierge keeps safety and comfort in mind. You receive only the best, prescreened options for care and community based on your desired location, needs and affordability.
- 3. Tour Service
- After completing an assessment, your Concierge will coordinate and accompany you on a tour of our prescreened providers that’s tailored to your needs. Until your senior living decision is made, we are with you in every step of the way to provide counsel, guidance and reassurance in person.
- 4. Evaluation
- 30-days after your placement or referral, our Senior Advisors will assess your satisfaction to ensure we have met the care, comfort and safety of you or your loved one. That is our paramount concern.
